At LibidoDepot, we prioritize our customer’s satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers are eligible for a refund if:

  • The package was not received by the customer.
  • NO REFUND AND RESHIPMENT IF- customer is unavailable during delivery or input the wrong address in the website.

2. Refund Amount

  • Unreceived Products: a. If you have not received your product, we will refund the full amount, excluding the shipping fee.

3. Returns

Unfortunately, we do not have a return address. We don’t want to compromise our warehouse.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency

5. In-store Credit

Upon the customer’s request, refunds can be converted into in-store credit. Alternatively, we may offer in-store credit if it is more convenient for both the customer and LibidoDepot.
